If you have just placed an order
Your user credentials will be emailed to you shortly. Due to fraudulent credit card transactions, we have a short delay between your order time and sending your login information. This allows us time to verify the transaction.
Orders are processed between 6:00 AM -- Midnight (06:00-24:00) US Pacific time
If ordering outside of these hours, your order will be processed first thing in the morning.

Post order support
For post-order support, please email us at support@personalvpn.biz with any questions. To save time, let us know what operating system you are using and which version. Be sure to attach a log:
In any version of Windows, right-click on the icon in the lower right hand task bar. Hover your mouse over the connection you used and you will see 'View Log'.
Copy and paste the information back to us in an email.
For Mac, click on the Tunnleblick icon. Click on 'Details'. You will see this screen:
Highlight the entire log then right-click and copy. Paste into the return email.
