How to setup PPTP on iPhone and iPad.

Select (from the main screen):

Settings /General /Network /VPN /Settings /PPTP

Set the following:

Server: Use the server name provided in your registration email

Account: Enter your user name from your registration email

RSA SecurID: OFF

Password: Enter your password from your registration email

Encryption Level: Set to auto

Send all traffic: ON

Proxy: OFF

Save settings

Connect

Connecting after initial setup:

Select 'Settings' from Home screen

Set VPN to 'ON'

How to setup PPTP service on Android.

Go to 'Settings'

Select: Wireless Controls / VPN Settings / Add VPN /Add PPTP VPN

Enter a descriptive name at 'Set a VPN name'

Enter the server name we provide you at 'Set VPN'

Save the setting

To connect:

Go to 'Settings'

Select 'Wireless Controls'

Connect to the network name you entered above

Enter your user name and password

Click on 'Connect'

A key icon will appear indicating that you are connected

There are several documented bugs in the Android OS that many times cause the VPN connection to fail. These bugs have persisted to some degree even in the most recent versions of the firmware. You may find that the connection is not always reliable on this operating system. This is not a problem on the PTPP server but a result of the operating system issues on the phone.
