Tunnelblick is installed but no connection options appear

This can occur for various reasons. The solution is to properly place the configuration files.

From Finder, the correct location for the configuration files is:

Your Mac User Name - Library - Application Support - Tunnelblick - Configurations

One common error is to place the configuration files in a sub-folder of the configurations folder. The configuration files must directly be in the Configurations folder for Tunelblick to work. See the image below for the correct placement..

Open a Finder window from the dock. Click - - 'Your Mac user name' - 'Library' - 'Applications Support' - 'Tunnelblick' - 'Configurations'

If you do not see the files in the same location as shown above, download the configuration zip file again. Double-click and it will extract the files to a folder named 'personalvpn'. If you can't find it, do a search for it. Double-click on this folder. Drag all four files from this folder to the location shown above.

Personal VPN connects but some web sites are not working

Please send us a log of the connection as shown on the support page. This is usually due to DNS issues in some countries. Once we determine that this is the case, we will show you how to correct the issue.
